I have been a customer since the beginning of 2023, when I first found your company through a Google search following water damage in my home. I was very happy with the service and the quick turnaround on those initial repairs. Recently, our home suffered significant damage due to the water storm. When I called for assistance, Shana was incredibly helpful and patient as we navigated the insurance process. I also want to thank Angie and Jack for their support in resolving the issues I was having with the insurance company. I am particularly impressed with the work ethic of your crew. It is clear they take great pride in their work. Since we decided to upgrade our flooring during this process, I couldn't be happier with how the house turned out. Very friendly and professional company. Jack and his crew did an excellent job fixing all the damages from an unexpected water leak. From the first visit to the completion of the job Jack and his crew were great. They showed up on time and were very polite and as non-intrusive as possible. They did a great job.
