JW Home Care found the water leak and dried out everything that got affected from the water. The technician markanthony came when they said they would come and so I didn't have any problem with scheduling. They also always let me know with a call or text if they were on their way if it was an unscheduled thing. JW Home Care did a very good, professional job and I was very satisfied. I would definitely recommend them.

He was extremely communicative and gave me an answer to all my questions. This really put me at ease :) The job was completed quickly, without issues, while keeping me informed all the way through completion!! My property is now mold free! I would HIGHLY recommend! Thank god for JW Home Care! We woke up to a broken water heater that leaked from our garage under the wall and into our room. Nothing like stepping onto a squishy soaked carpet to wake you up in the morning! I called JW Home Care and they had someone out within the hour to start the clean up! I was very impressed with their professionalism and efficiency of their work. They also helped us find someone to install a new water heater and worked with us on a payment plan since we were definitely not ready for this! Fingers crossed that nothing like this ever happens again but if it does that’s who I will call. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you guys!!
