Overall it was a good experience. Russell was friendly, communicative, and hardworking. The mitigation of smell was successful and they definitely deep cleaned every nook and cranny. The only complaint I would say we had would be that a couple of our rugs were left pretty dirty after the fact due to heavy foot traffic over the week. That and the fact it seemed very expensive to not even do any steam cleaning or anything with our sofas. But again, overall extremely happy with the sense of restored cleanliness and fresh air around the house.

Following a severe leak in our bathroom, the ServPro team came in and removed and cleaned everything. Trisha, the project manager was on top of the whole process the entire time. All of her guys were professional, polite, personable and competent. She was always very prompt responding to any questions we had during the process. I would recommend ServPro to friends and family because of the exemplary service Trisha provided.

We recently had water damage in our kitchen and were overwhelmed by the situation, but Servpro project manager Ellie made the entire process so much easier. From the moment we called, they were professional, and compassionate. The crew arrived quickly, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently drying everything out. Would definitely recommend them.
