Great experience with All American Restoration. Tod the project manager showed up within an hour after we discovered a slab leak and immediately began the drying process. He worked directly with my insurance company same day so I could avoid the hassle of calling and waiting online. He stayed in touch during the entire process. His crew came back over several day to finish the mitigation. Great work AND communication from Paul, Nate and Josh as they came over several days to check the moisture readings and ensure the drying was being completed. They always called ahead of time so I could be home for their arrival, and they were careful, clean and ALWAYS answered my many questions. A great group of professionals. Highly recommend All American Restoration!

My first time dealing with an home insurance claim. Joel was extremely help and explained to me the entire process. He helped me file a the claim and walked me through every step. He was patient and sympathetic. He was always on top of things and very good with communicating with me. Joel and his team did an excellent job with the cleanup and taking care of little things.
