I had a great experience with ServiceMaster after major water damage to my house. Kaohu was the project manager and did a terrific job! Isaac, Roman, and Javier were also outstanding. The staff not only did a terrific and thorough job in a timely manner, but they all acted with kindness and showed compassion during the very difficult and challenging time of an unexpected house disaster. While I hope to never have another house disaster, I would definitely engage ServiceMaster again if needed.

Service Mater Restoration is absolutely amazing! They did an exceptional job from start to finish. The team supported us and kept us informed every step of the way. They were always on time and prioritized our safety throughout the demo, cleanup, and entire restoration process. K, Javier, and Isaac were all incredibly kind, professional, and thorough. I highly recommend this company to anyone — and have already done so! K, the project manager, truly went above and beyond. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and always available to address all of my questions and concerns. He took the time to guide me through each stage of the process and helped me stay calm during such a stressful time. The pick out and re- assembling ( team : Jefferson, Celia and Leonardo) done as part of our kitchen rebuild was above and beyond what teams do. They vacuumed and cleaned before the re assembly , checked and organized everything as it was , were super kind and very personable. ServiceMaster team delivers with quality, on time and with kindness. Thank you guys !
