We had a sudden, significant water loss in my mother’s condo that resulted in damage to her bathroom, living room and major flooding to the unit below. From start to finish, the team from Dry 1 Out Restoration handled everything with professionalism, care, and respect during a stressful situation. From the moment George Heredia arrived on site with coffee and pastries to put us at ease, we knew we were in good hands. George was compassionate, organized, and took charge of the initial assessment with both confidence and kindness. He’s also smoothly handling the insurance coordination, which has made a huge difference for all of us. Throughout the mitigation process, Project Manager Shanandoha Garcia was on site regularly, guiding the work with clear communication, thoughtful explanations, and a genuine desire to make sure we understood and approved every step. There was never a moment where we felt rushed, unheard, or like “just another job.” Instead, they treated us like real people in a real emergency — with respect, patience, and solid expertise. The team worked efficiently, helped us protect our belongings, moved furniture carefully, and got the drying process started quickly and properly. They kept us informed every step of the way and made what could have been a nightmare into something manageable and calm. Jose G. was my knight in shining armor. He was my hero. Tuesday afternoon the washing machine in my rental decided it was time to make my life difficult. During its malfunction the drum filled with water and blew open creating a river in the house. Flash forward about 4 hours later and Jose G. arrived with his white cape. Jose came with Walter and they immediately got to work. Measuring the moisture levels in the ceiling and floor. Setting up fans that sounded like jet engines. Jose communicated with me during the entire process explaining what he was doing. I had to move to a hotel with my dog and 2 kids for a few days. During my absence from the house, Jose communicated with me and answered ALL my questions in detail. He was professional and incredibly patient. Over the course of four days I had the pleasure of interacting with Jose G., Walter and Jose R. All of them were perfect gentlemen, extremely professional, efficient and competent. They treated the house and my belongings with care. These guys know what they are doing. It was obvious from the minute they stepped into the house. I hope to not need their services again in the future, but if I do, I will absolutely not hesitate to call Dry Out again. I am confident they can tackle any water issue.
