Working with Everardo Jr and Sr during the stressful time after our apartment fire was an absolute breeze and we were so fortunate to have been recommended to them. Everardo Jr conducted a TEM - Dust Sample microvac test on a random sampling of our items to test whether asbestos fibers had gotten into our personal property. During the test, he was extremely detail oriented and informative as to what he was testing and the process for having the results returned. Not only were both Everardo Jr, and his father extremely communicative, fair and honest, they were truly a pleasure to work with, and all around, friendly and hardworking men. I couldn't recommend this family and their business more!!! Thanks to the entire team - we are so grateful for you!
I highly recommend Everardo and the team from Bay Restorators. They did a great job repairing my attic after extensive smoke damage. BR were on time, excellent communicators, said what they were going to do and did what they said. Having gone through this experience I can say that the fire and smoke damage industry has a lot of cowboys that have no idea what they're doing. That's not Bay Restorators - they know their stuff and I would trust them and use them again. Highly recommend!
