I cannot recommend 1800WD highly enough! We came home from vacation to a terrible smell from a leak in our sink, we have a toddler so we were pretty worried about mold. From dispatch to consultation with Angel, our amazing specialist, I knew we were in good hands. His expertise, kindness, honesty, and skill are unmatched. He and his crew handled the disaster promptly. We even left our house in his hands when we went out of town. I don’t think I would do that with anybody else! If you are ever concerned about mold or Water Damage, dont hesitate. Not only did they vacuum seal and meticulously clean every detail, they tested for mold all around our house and located water issues in our babies’s room AND even handled a rodent issue. Our experience began with an unexpected flood in January 2025, when we came home to find a burst valve under the sink had caused 1.5 to 2 inches of water throughout our entire first floor. Angel and his team were outstanding—thorough in their analysis and careful in their work. They identified mold and handled the removal professionally, all while we continued living upstairs. Not only did they manage the remediation process with care, but they also went the extra mile to save our unique granite countertops. Their attention to detail was much appreciated.

He’s 6’2, and he still managed to squeeze into places that other companies merely poked their flashlights in. He was kind enough to provide thorough recommendations to decrease humidity, improve air quality, prevent water damage, and he even caught a fire hazard in our ventilation system. This was just the initial inspection! Angel walked the entire property with me and made sure that all my concerns were met with informative explanations and how to address each need. For example, he recommended caulking our baseboards, running a dehumidifier for several days, and actually doing environmental testing to see what type of molecules are in our home. It was easy to notice his level of expertise from his level of detail and relatable approach. Without question I would recommend him to my family and friends!
