Extremely Disappointed I am very disappointed with the customer service from American Refuse Company in Wasco, CA. We never received our recycling and green waste bins, and when we called to resolve the issue, we were met with rudeness and a very argumentative attitude. Instead of trying to understand the situation, the representative immediately implied that the bins were delivered and that we need to contact property management regarding the issue. She also implied that her driver sent photos yesterday that shows they are there. We clearly explained that the bins were never delivered to us, and it turns out they were placed in the wrong company bin area. However, this was never communicated to us, and no effort was made to notify us of that mistake. Customer service should focus on resolving problems, not arguing with customers who are simply trying to correct an error. A little accountability and basic courtesy would have gone a long way. Very disappointing experience.

Overfiled they claimed, the lid was 4 or 5inches above the rim of the trash can to close they wouldn't pick it up. Terrible service wanted me to correct the issue ,and they would come out again for a fee.

The ladies in the office are rude. The trashmen don't have a set time they come. Any time between 6am and noon. When they miss your house, there's no recourse. When you then have extra trash next week, they refuse to pick that up too because it's not in a trash can. So you put it in another trash can but they still only pick up one not both. It's always a battle. There's always an excuse or "reason" for them not to do their job.
