AAA Emergency Tree Svc LLC

AAA Tree Service is one of the most unprofessional companies I've ever interacted with. They made incomplete notes concerning our job and upon arriving to remove a stump, claimed that a fence wasn't there when they did the quote. The fence was there, the man who did the estimate was completely distracted by a phone call. I should have asked for an itemized quote because only a small portion of the bill was revised for this stump which wasn't removed though it was the most significant part of the job. They didn't come when they said they would, didn't complete the job when they were suppose to and when I protested, was told that they didn't need "customers like me." So if you are a customer who asks questions, seeks fairness, and a desire to work with a professional company, then you are not the customers they seek.
