What do you do when you come home from work and find 3 guys with chainsaws in your back yard making a mess everywhere. Well you blow a head gasket. That’s what happened when I came home from work to find the crew of Jesse’s Tree Service in my back yard chewing up a tree they just cut down. He is the funny part. The tree wasn’t even on my property and I never hired them to do a job. They failed to properly control and calculate where the tree would come down once they cut it from my neighbor’s yard. Well after I calmed down a little bit I went to the kid in charge and let him know they needed to get back there and clean up my property but I wanted to speak to the owner of the company. On top of that when the tree came down it caused damage to my property so you can imagine how upset I was. Keep in mind I have cameras on my property and this was all caught on my DVR. Well when the owner never showed I decided to call and wouldn’t you know it I got Jesse on the phone. We had a good discussion and Jesse was very apologetic and empathized with my situation and stated he would come by to inspect the damage and pay for the damages caused by his crew. I felt this was satisfactory and told him I am home every day after 1 pm to feel free and give me a call when he is going to stop by. Well that was a week ago and I haven’t seen or heard from him since. Am I going to call him back, nope. Instead I will share my experience with everyone so they can decide if this is a company they want to do business with. If a company fails to do a job properly, then decides to trespass, and then fails to correct their mistake. Then how can you trust them? I would not recommend anyone do any business with Jesse’s Tree Service. Just another Shysty company out there to do whatever they want to people. The only way they change their practices is when business is impacted. So instead of calling Jesse’s Tree Service you should call someone else.

Jesse tree service is great ! I had a massive branch come down off my redwood he came the same day to inspect and cleaned it up the next day. He also trimmed my mulberry tree. I have been using him for 10 years great guy!

Jesse's tree service was great! We had 2 gigantic pine trees taken out, one of which was over hanging our garage. Each log was like a mini earthquake falling to the ground, but the log/stumps over garage were lowered carefully by rope. Did take extra time with the weather turning bad but everything worked out. Had couple of extra trees in backyard with some huge piles of dead limbs that his guys cleaned up. Very nice to work with and would recommend.
