Efrain, Santos, Jaycob, & Fernando did the BEST job last week! They trimmed a huge tree in my backyard and left my yard spotless. They were professional and entertaining! I am so impressed by their work. Other than the tree looking great now, there was no evidence that they were here - no leftover branches or debris! Thank you!

Had tree cleanup work done (front and back yard, clearing of dead branches, trimming of overgrown parts, and trimming of a row of tall italian cypresses) by Salvador and Santos. They explained to us what they were doing at each step, and double-checked with us when there was a question. They cleaned up the fallen & cut branches afterward, and did a terrific job.

Davey Tree Surgery has been working in our neighborhood in Placerville for PG&E. One of their drivers hit our vehicle resulting in our vehicle being totaled. At first they gave us a defunct insurance plan. I was not happy about that. Then they gave us another company, ESIS, that they were insured with. ESIS is a crummy, fly-by-night operation from back east. During the accident, my son was driving and was able to pull all the way to the right and come to a complete stop before the Davey driver hit him. there was room for him to go around, but he was driving too fast. To his credit, he never tried to dodge the blame for the accident. Flash forward a few weeks and ESIS is not covering my loss. They are claiming the 50/50 rule despite the fact that it does not apply when you hit a parked vehicle. That means that we did nothing wrong but only will be compensated for half of our vehicle's value, and we don't have a collision plan for this vehicle so we will have to cover it out-of-pocket. So, Davey has totaled my vehicle, cost me and my wife countless hours on the phone and email, and then to add insult to injury, their unethical insurance company will not cover my loss. The foreman in this area, John, apologized, but that's about it. I had asked for Davey to cover the balance that the insurance isn't covering. I can't get anyone to return my calls. I'm now going to have to file a complaint with PG&E. Davey, is this really how you want to do business? If so, I will continue to let everyone know about my story and that they should call your competition instead.
