Zeno, the owner, came out to our home and met with us. He took all the time we needed so that he understood exactly what we wanted done. We asked him to take down a large tree, remove a large limb from a black oak that was hanging over our home, take quite a few limbs off a weeping willow, and trim a few other trees. A large job that we were quite nervous about. Zeno arrived when he said he would yesterday morning. His crew included 7 talented, professional men in 4 trucks. Other than a short break for lunch, they worked through the day. Everything was done as discussed, including complete cleanup of our yard. Jamie was our contact person throughout the day. We had a tree over 100ft tall fall on our roof and another tree the same size fall and get hung up in a pine tree and Acton Arboriculture was able to come assess the situation that evening and came the next day to help remove the trees.
