Grandmark did a fantastic job replacing our roof this past week. They were courteous, professional, and fast. Our roof was long overdue to be replaced, and wasn't going to survive this winter; we were already getting leaks on the last rain. Grandmark navigated around weather concerns, and we had the roof replaced within a month of us first contacting them. They were willing to work with me on pricing, and they left our yard / area around the house cleaner than it was before they showed up. I sought bids from 3 different companies - even Costco. I was certain that no could beat Costco’s price. My home is two stories and I needed two units. I just wanted what I needed and nothing extra. From Costco’s contractor I got 3 different prices! The first was over $53,000 for one unit and accessories! Then a 2nd lower price and then a 3rd. I thought these people were insane! Eventually, I contacted Grandmark based upon google reviews. I was so pleased I got both air conditioning units and they were extremely thoughtful about taking care of my home! The workers were very professional and kind. I would wholeheartedly recommend Grandmark to anyone in need of a new air conditioning! You can’t go wrong with Grandmark.
