Honestly, contacting A-1 Roofing was the best decision I ever made to have a new roof installed. Not only did Ralph answer every single one of my phone calls, he provided a comprehensive estimate/bid and stayed true to his word. In contrast, I had contacted 4 other roofing contractors. Two contractors were too busy to provide an estimate for at least 30-days. One never returned my calls and the main contender required consistent prodding. He would only communicate via email and kept asking when a good time to call was. I answered him, however, he never called me! Pretty hard to do business if you don’t call and talk with people! Ralph made me his top priority throughout the entire process! He kept me informed and made sure I understood everything that was going on. He treats his employees with respect, motivates and provides great direction (a natural teacher). When the roof was done, everything was cleaned up to perfection! I have received several compliments on our roof and am extremely satisfied! If you’re looking for a positive and personal experience, A-1 Roofing is it!

His crew is very respectful and the finished product is exceptional! Ralph returns calls and texts promptly, and his prices are very reasonable. He will patiently explain any questions you may have, and really goes the extra mile for his customers. His crew is polite and tidy, and cleaned up every speck of trash daily. Our roof was replaced less than 4 years ago and started having major issues. The business who previously installed the roof closed and I wasn't sure what to do. I contacted A-1 and Ralph was willing to help. They were super busy and he made time to fit me in. He was consistent and showed up exactly when he said they would. They found a few serious issues that we were unaware of and promptly fixed them for us. So pleased and appreciative. They are honest, reliable, efficient and do fantastic work!
