Robertson and Lester were the only roofers who had pre-prepared a quote (based on drone footage) before they even came to the house to fully assess! Clearly, these guys did their homework! 2. Robertson and Lester were both polite, friendly, professional, and responsive! 3. Their quote was comprehensive, detailed, fair, and competitive! Other roofers gave a generic (non-detailed quote). 4. Once the contract was signed, they moved quickly and secured the proper permit to start the job asap! 5. They were patient and responsive to my questions and quoted a 3-day job, but even completed it 1 day earlier! Amazing! 6. When some of the roof items needed repair, they provided photos and confirmed about pricing before proceeding. They were even kind enough to provide me with a discount! Very nice! 7. They take care of the permit process and the inspections too. 8. They provided drone footage of their work in progress! 9. The inspection passed quickly due to their excellent work! 10. At the end of the day, they cleaned up and the worksite was clean and tidy. 11. They had a great, hard-working, and efficient team! 12. There was an issue with my skylight (not due to EHL Roofing) and they came out quickly and even dealt with it on the weekend! Again, very responsive and impressive! UPDATE: Since EHL Roofing did such a fantastic roof replacement for us, our family immediately hired them to install 3 Velux Solar Tunnels. From start to finish, the team was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly hardworking! The installation was done with great attention to detail; the solar tunnels brought a remarkable amount of natural light into areas of our home that were quite dark. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, kept the job site clean, and took pride in their workmanship! We were impressed not only by the quality of the installation but also by their responsiveness and willingness to answer questions throughout the process.
