My insurance company insisted I redo my roof or they would stop coverage even though my roof had some time on it. So, reluctantly I went on the hunt for roofers. I ended up with 4 bids. Crandall was by far the most reasonable. Additionally, they showed up on time with each appointment, were professional and courteous. Great communication. They addressed all the concerns about my roof (I needed a attic vent at the top pitch) and they acted like that was no big deal where the other companies acted like it was a big add on- like a whole different project. They dropped off big samples for me to choose which was very helpful. They didn’t make any excuses about the steep pitch of the roof like the other companies- to them it was just part of the job. The roofers were on time to install the roof, took care while doing so, and really hustled. They were done in less than 2 days. Additionally, the cleanup was pristine. No loose nails or trash laying around. I am more than satisfied and recommend them to anyone who wants a quality roof for a very good price and on budget with no fuss. Excellent company. They have years of experience, integrity and it shows.

Our experience with Crandall Roofing was excellent! The staff were prompt, professional, friendly, informative, competetively priced, and extremely accommodating of all our requests. When we requested a roofing brand that they don't ordinarily use it was no problem whatsoever for them to make that happen. They also worked seamlessly with a separate company to both remove and re-install our solar panels. Hopefully we'll never have to replace another roof, but if we do, I look forward to working with Crandall Roofing again!

We recently hired Crandall roofing to replace and fix some copper gutters on our home in Mill Valley. They also did some roof repair work. Marco and his team are hard workers who arrived promptly and finish the job in less than a day. In one word, I would describe the services provided as “amazing!” it’s not easy to find trustworthy, reliable, and reasonably priced vendors. But you will not be disappointed with Crandall roofing.
