It’s difficult these days to make a decision for anything. I feel like I need to become an expert so can make a sound choice. Who can I trust? Contracts are written with so little information saying what they will do and so much information that says what they are not liable for. Then there is the arbitration paragraph. I miss the days of a handshake. I just want a good job at a fair price. Northern Pacific Roofing did a great job installing my roof. During the installation they found a couple of other spots on my old roof that I wasn’t aware of and took care of it at a very reasonable price. So I am writing this positive review because they deserve it. Thank you Northern Pacific Roofing did. Ken.W

Fantastic experience with this company! I would hire again in a heartbeat for all my future roofing’s, but hopefully I’m done for while. Our roof needed a lot of love in all the ways. NPR gave us a fair bid for all the work that was required, kept in constant communication that was professional yet laid back, and worked within the proposed timeline. Company did an excellent job from first contact to clean-up. Northern Pacific worked swiftly to cover a hole in our old roof before the new roof was installed. Their workers were very accommodating to our concerns, answering all of our questions and staying within the agreed upon time line for the project.
