I had an excellent experience with Wage Builders from start to finish. They completed a full reroof on my home, installed new gutters, installed new stucco & new flooring. The entire project was handled professionally, the crew showed up on time, kept the work area clean, and finished everything on schedule. Jose, our representative, was knowledgeable, responsive, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Mauricio Garcia, the owner, was also fantastic to work with. It’s clear that he takes pride in his company and stands behind the quality of their work. The workmanship exceeded our expectations, and the finished project looks amazing. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Mauricio Garcia and Wage Builders. Before finding Mauricio, I made the mistake of hiring another flooring company simply because they came in cheaper. What started out sounding like a “great deal” quickly turned into an absolute nightmare. Delays kept piling up, communication was terrible, and then the company started trying to increase pricing as the project was already underway. It became obvious very quickly that I was being taken advantage of. Thankfully, Mauricio stepped in and completely changed the situation. Not only did he help guide me through getting out of the bad contract situation professionally and correctly, but he also came in and restored my confidence in what a real contractor and true craftsmanship should look like. From the very beginning, Mauricio was honest, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and genuinely cared about doing the job the right way instead of just rushing through it. The quality of work Wage Builders delivered completely exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail, cleanliness, communication, professionalism, and overall craftsmanship was on another level. Looking back now, I honestly would have paid double had I known the level of quality and peace of mind Mauricio and his team would provide.
