We just signed a contract with Newhaus Roofing to replace our old wood shake roof, and the entire experience has been outstanding. Since converting a wood shake roof requires a full new plywood deck, we needed a team that is technically proficient. Our Project Manager, Boris, was extremely professional and thorough. He provided a clear proposal that includes a 50-year registered warranty on Owens Corning Cool Shingles, giving us great peace of mind. He also planned for a seamless gutter system with upgraded stainless steel micro-mesh guards to handle the heavy debris from our large Camphor tree. A special thanks to Jason, the trainee, who was incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain the complex structural requirements and the plywood installation process to us in Chinese, which helped us understand the project much better. We are very impressed with their transparency and technical expertise. We look forward to the installation starting next week.
