We needed a very old and decrepit damaged roof replaced on a rental property in Berkeley. The roof was leaking in multiple places, water was not draining and there was an actual hole in one corner of the roof. It was in very rough shape. Marina Bay Roofing was prompt, professional, well-priced and did a great job.
