Oscar and his team were great to work with throughout two large jobs. One outside and one inside. When some additional dry rot was found, they showed me pictures immediately and we met on-site to discuss options. Oscar was always supportive to ensure I was happy and responded quickly to any concerns I raised. He patiently explained any tradeoffs in decisions, and was very fair when I had additional work added to the original scope of work. I've included some during and after pictures of repairs both inside and outside. Siding and balcony rot was repaired, and bathroom too. I would use Sonoma Construction again!

Oscar & his crew did an excellent job repairing a ventilation issue over our front porch and then painting the whole house. Superior preparation & masking in advance of painting protecting non-paint surfaces. Clean-up of debris around the house accented the completed job. The price was appropriate for work & supplies. Oscar kept us well informed during the project. Sonoma Construction was recommended to us by a family member and we very much appreciate that they were. We would highly recommend this company and would utilize their services in the future.

Oscar was amazing throughout the entire process. We had several hiccups with ordering of material from other third party groups (no fault of Oscar’s). Oscar was extremely patient and ensured his team was always “on the spot” the second the material arrived. His team was very punctual and amazing. I felt very comfortable leaving them in my home alone. Oscar personally evaluated the product at each stage. There were several small details that were “not up to standard” according to Oscar. I didn’t notice these things until he pointed them out. He has an excellent eye for detail and ensured everything was “up to his standard” and required his teams to immediately fix. He renovated two bathrooms for us on this project and he will definitely be our go to guy for all future projects. We were looking for a very high end and luxurious product. This is exactly what he delivered.
