John, the owner was very easy to work with, on the day of our service, he and his worker showed up on time and ready to get to work. We had our roof rejuvenated with Fresh Roof treatment. Only time will tell it's effectiveness but it was the only treatment we checked out that game is a warranty without prorated coverage.

My spanish tile roof in Sun City now looks brand new thanks to the soft wash and treatment done by North West Fresh Roof to remove years of gunk. They also found and replaced a couple broken tiles with no extra charge, and included power washing the driveway, front walkways, and even did the sidewalk.
