Absolutely great experience working with Valery, David and Sergey. They came out and did thorough inspection, raised some points on the scope of project the other contractors did not emphasize so I felt impressed with analysis and recommendations they provided. They provided competitive bid and throughout entire project they communicated and made sure work proceeded efficiently and with great quality. Roof came out great and I feel like it improved the overall display of my house, and now I can be worry free about my roof for years to come. I was very impressed by the professionalism of VIK estimator Davyd Zimbytskyi. Rather than try to oversell me on work that did not need to be done, Davyd explained that my roof was still in quite good condition and the redwood fascia needed only to be repainted, not replaced. His honesty was reassuring, and I will definitely contact VIK again when the roof does need to be replaced. I highly recommend requesting an estimate from Davyd if you think you need roof repair or replacement. You'll feel smarter afterwards and more certain about what you do and don't need. Denise and Alex from VIK Quality Roofing did an outstanding job repairing my roof. They went above and beyond to answer any questions I had, and they payed particular attention to any areas I was concerned about. They also came out on a Saturday with only a couple days notice to repair my roof before the next rain tomorrow. Very reasonable rates with a very good warranty.
