Tobi, Kevin and the Alexander Roofing team did an amazing job on our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results and the pricing was great! From the initial consultation, to the final walkthrough, the team was communicative, professional, and easy to work with. They answered all of our questions, kept us updated throughout the project. The crew was hardworking, and paid close attention to detail. Our new roof looks fantastic, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. I would recommend them to anyone needing roofing work done.

We had copper gutters installed by Melvin’s team. Excellent communication and response time. Very quick install, very detail-oriented crew. Melvin was very patient in showing me options and listing detailed pros and cons of each. He doesn’t sway you in any particular direction, just wants to inform you enough so you can make the best decision for your unique home. However, he does have opinions that he is willing to share if you ask. That’s exactly what I was looking for in a contractor: someone who gives you all the information but also has their own thoughts. He is also very transparent in pricing. One thing that I truly do appreciate and want to call out is when Melvin was showing me gutter cover options, I expressed liking one option’s style but material wasn’t suitable for copper gutters— Melvin went out of his way to talk to his supplier about the same style but in copper. For his team, they do a quick and great job. I am amazed at their teamwork and efficiency. They really don’t waste time. They are good at communicating but Melvin handles most of the overall communications and customer needs. Would recommend Alexander Roofing and will continue to use their services. I wish I had found them sooner. :)

I highly recommend Alexander Roofing when getting a new roof. Melvin was able to accommodate a change in the start date because of a change in my plans. Melvin arranged to have needed wood delivered early so I could paint it before installation. There was no question that there would need to be additional work to replace deteriorated wood. It would only become visible when the old roof was removed. Melvin worked hard to minimize the added material and labor expense by making some changes that did not impact the reliability or quality of the new roof. Melvin was able to keep the final bill within my budget. They have expert craftsmen such as Kevin and Checha who made it look easy to join the facia boards at an angle instead of the usual strait vertical orientation. The crew always cleaned up before leaving for the day. Discarded wood was neatly stacked before leaving. They showed concern for me when I climbed the ladder to check on the progress.
