A.M. Sun Solar & Roofing

We had a solar panel array installed by AM Sun Solar in 2022. The price and installation were great, but their communication through the process from the project manager was lackluster, and the monitoring software is pretty poor. I ended up bypassing it and going directly from the AP systems inverter, so it worked out fine. Overall I'm satisfied with the outcome, but I think they could do better in these areas.

Called on Memorial Day to let them know four of my panels weren’t showing any input. They called me back at 8:00 AM the next morning and had a technician at my house by 10:30 AM to swap out a part to get the panels back up and functioning. Jordan was the tech they sent out. He was extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. I inherited this system from the previous owner and did not expect this level of service or speed. I am very impressed and will happily recommend A.M. Sun Solar to anyone who asks.

Ben did a superb job explaining the costs and benefits of converting to solar. He was honest, and was looking out for my best interests. Along with his experienced team, they got the project done in 48 days from start to finish with no hiccups. I highly recommend AM Sun Solar for any solar project.
