A very good experience and a beautiful roof from Samperios Roofing. Arturo and his crew worked hard to make this stress free and seamless for me. He came the same day I initially called and gave me a very reasonable proposal. 10 year workmanship, 30 year materials guarantee. New gutters, downspouts, some rot repair included (tho I don’t think I had much, if any). They removed at the roofline/closed off an unused central chimney (100 yr old house). Added venting (6) to my roof that I didn’t have before. As soon as I accepted the bid, he got me on the calendar a couple weeks out to complete the job. Quickly obtained the permit. Passed both inspections. They also did my detached garage. They cleared everything out and we were done. The whole process was so easy- I didn’t have to do a thing. Highly recommend! Thank you guys!

I have only GREAT things to say about my experience with Samperios. Arturo is the kind of person who you immediately know is a kind and honest human. As a business owner he is professional, responsive, and hard working - And the people he hires reflect his work ethic. I hired them to do my roof after getting many quotes- He didn’t try to upsell me. He was straightforward. He worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. His bid was very fair and Comprehensive and he went over everything with me. I ended up paying less than he quoted because there was less dry rot than expected- that never happens!!! His crew showed up when they said they would (In fact, he was able to get to my roof sooner than anticipated) They were efficient and professional! Beyond doing a great job- Arturo goes above & beyond for his clients. He helped me fix my broken gate- Just because that’s the kind of guy he is. The whole experience was positive and hassle free - The kind you don’t have to worry at all because you know Arturo is 100% as committed to the customers experience and satisfaction as his customer. He is a good man with a great business and a great crew. It was an honor to write this review because Samperios is the real deal And as a homeowner, having really good people, you can trust to do great work is golden!
