He has excellent communication skills, and he kept us updated with photos and progress information during the project. We had our roof repaired, resealed, power washed, new gutters installed. It looks fantastic, and no more worrisome leaks! The team was very friendly and professional, and the job was finished in the time frame given to us. The price was very fair as well. October 2025: The project involved replacing a 1993 flat roof and installing a new skylight. Amilton, our project manager, kept us informed throughout with progress updates, photos, and smooth coordination despite forecasted rain. The workmanship was excellent, confirmed through both photos and inspections, and the site was kept exceptionally clean. We especially appreciated the custom skylight Amilton arranged, as the original manufacturer was unknown and finding a non-standard size replacement would have caused delays.
