TriValley recently completed the roofing and gutter/downspout replacement at my home, and they did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them to anyone considering similar work. A few highlights: Brandon was fantastic to work with--professional, patient, and always willing to answer every question to make sure I felt confident throughout the process. He even made extra trips to my home to drop off and pick up gutter and shingle samples so we could choose the perfect colors. Brandon also kept me consistently updated on progress and what to expect at each stage, which I truly appreciated. I especially appreciated how quickly and thoughtfully the team responded when the weather changed unexpectedly. Even the owner, Ryan, came out to my home--along with Brandon and the crew--to stay late and make sure protective underlayment was fully installed before the rain started. Their urgency and care gave me tremendous peace of mind. The crew--Christian, Ricardo, and Eddie--did an excellent job with the daily cleanup. I didn't find a single nail or piece of metal on my driveway, the street, or in my backyard after they were done each day. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They completed the entire project in just four days, and the city inspection passed with no issues.

Our roof leaked on New Year’s Eve, and Ryan responded even though the office was closed. He squeezed us into his busy schedule and gave our roof a very detailed inspection. After already having a few other appointments before meeting Ryan, my husband and I immediately said, “This is the guy.” No upselling, no pressure, and no minimum repair requirement. He even found a leak others had missed. We canceled our remaining appointments right away. Ryan patiently answered all of our questions by email, provided a detailed contract, and was honest and transparent throughout the entire process. We ended up upselling ourselves and adding roof maintenance. Even though they were booked weeks out, they moved us up before the next rainstorm. The repair crew worked hard and arrived on time. The gutter work was finished a few days later. After everything was done, we noticed one cracked tile on the side of our large roof, where the roof meets the wall that wasn’t visible from the top. Ryan personally came back and took care of it. Great experience from start to finish. The crew was polite, the office communicated well, the repair warranty period was excellent, and we have not had any issues since. After interviewing so many roofing companies, this was by far the best experience. We also highly recommend roof maintenance to help avoid potential issues and costly repairs in the future.

Received multiple quotes to replace our roof and was impressed with what Tri Valley Roofing had to offer. Brandon was great to work with and offered solutions to logistics we needed handled, specifically removal of a pool solar system on one side of my roof. Also, Tri Valley Roofing was able to quote removal and reinstallation of my electrical solar system under a single contract. Coordination of the services was perfect including adding some trim pieces to provide a clean edge between the roof line and stucco siding. Five Stars.
