After some heavy rain, I noticed a brown water stain spreading across our hallway ceiling and a small drip starting near the vent flashing. I was really stressed because the roof is older, and I thought it might be damaged shingles or an underlayment problem. The roofing crew responded quickly and got on the roof fast. They inspected the valley, flashing, and a few lifted composition shingles, then found the leak was coming from a cracked pipe boot and worn sealant around a roof penetration. They first put a tarp over the trouble area to help protect the attic, then replaced the damaged shingles, installed a new pipe boot, resealed the flashing, and cleared out debris that had built up near the gutter line and was slowing drainage. What I liked most was how Wayne explained the roof repair in simple everyday language without overcomplicating anything. They also showed me photos of the soft spot and the path the water was taking, which made it easy to understand the issue. When the work was finished, the new matching shingles looked clean, the flashing work was neat, and everything looked professionally done. I felt much better after the repair, especially during the next rain. The whole process was easy, the communication was clear, and I have not seen a single new ceiling spot since. Overall, it was a very smooth roofing repair experience and I would feel confident using them again for any future roof leak or shingle repair needs.
