I worked with Tom Ross, who was an exceptional project manager. Gave me a quote on the spot and was a clear, consistent communicator throughout the project. Golden Heights was the first of three bids and ended up being the most cost effective I couldn’t be happier with the installation of my roof.

Our house needed a new roof for insurance purposes, so we obtained several quotes and met with representatives from different roofing companies. Each explained their services, but none truly stood out at first. One day, while walking down our street, I noticed a roofing crew working on a neighbor's house. When the work began, the crew worked incredibly hard from morning until sunset. We were truly impressed by their dedication. Having built two ADUs in recent years, along with many country cottage renovations, we understand how construction work usually requires a lot of time and patience. However, with Golden Heights Roofing, we didn't need either. Their work was fast, highly professional, and very well organized. They were considerate, respectful, and cleaned the area around our house thoroughly after each day's work, so well that it was even cleaner than before. Now we have a beautiful, shiny new roof. What can I say that hasn't been said. Etan and his crew are top notch, going above and beyond to make the process smooth. Etan gave me a good estimate, comparable to others. But had a better warranty. And encouraged me to visit a current site to see the process, although I did not. Once ready, the crew arrived within a few days. They replaced the roof by the end of the da, with repairs. And were very conscious of my several vehicles and property. Clean up was done the same day. Etan returned within a couple of days and inspected it. Noting the improvements of bringing it up to code. He even ensured a refund when I overpaid. I have already and will continue to recommend them to anyone in need of a roof.
