Although I respect each and everyone’s opinion, who has either been a customer of All Sierra Roof or potential customer, I’d like to share my experience, which is completely the polar opposite of what I’m reading here for the most part Was there a delay in getting the job done slightly but that was only because of the weather I didn’t have Tim do anything roof oriented, but needed his help and his ladders to get a job done & he never once dropped the ball. He always answered my texts when he said he was gonna be there and could not he let me know and when he said he was going to be there for sure he sent the best person he could have sent to do the job and was completed in record time and beautifully done exactly to my recommendation so thank you Tim and Cameron for saving my ass as I approach the end of my escrow and getting this one element complete for me with the highest of integrity. Thank you again All Sierra Roof use them quality roofers, who really know what they’re doing!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. He did our roof inspection and recommended some repairs. This is month 3 of trying to get a hold of him. He never answers his phone, never calls back, never emails back, no communication what so ever. I asked to get on his books for the repairs and all he replies with is “okay”. I expect to hear a call back with a date which never happened so after 2 weeks I give him a call back and request a day. He leaves me a voicemail and says he’ll be there in 1-2 weeks, again never giving me an exact date. He never showed up. After 4 weeks I call back and NOTHING. If you expect to get things done in a timely manner or things handled in a professional way, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. He is not worth the headache

Excellent job! We had a roof done along with some gutter work. Tim (the owner) came out gave us the free estimate and also made some great suggestions based on our needs and concerns. Great follow through and all the crew was professional, polite and hard working. would highly recommend this business!
