Pre-installation So far, my experience with Zinc Roofing has been excellent. Andrew has been incredibly informative, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. He has taken the time to answer all of my questions, clearly explain each step, and maintain consistent communication from the beginning. When I needed additional clarity, Andrew was willing to revise the contract to address my concerns, which gave me greater peace of mind and confidence moving forward. My roof installation is scheduled for next month, and based on my experience so far, I’m looking forward to the project. I’ll update this review with photos and a final review after the installation is complete. Additional services-uninstall and reinstall my solar panels.

5/5 Stars - These guys are the real deal. After some bad wind damage, my insurance was a nightmare denying my claim and even suggesting illegal repairs. Zinc Roofing stuck with me for the long haul, helping me through a ton of resistance until we finally got it approved, even after I had to bring in Fresno inspectors to call out the insurance company's BS. Stephen, Benny, Brianne, and Alyssa were all incredibly transparent and reasonable throughout the whole process. I’m a low-maintenance client who never files claims, so I really appreciated having a team that actually had my back when my insurance was being difficult. I can't recommend them enough!

Their bid price was fair, not the highest, not the lowest. Their crews arrived on-time every day. They did a total roof replace. They completed it in ten days and the roof is beautiful. Very professional removal of old roof, some facia replaced, installation and cleanup. Very impressed.
