Update: They did address my concerns promptly and sent someone out ASAP. Jasmine and Hector were very helpful and knowledgeable and made sure everything was corrected. I paid them $8000 for them to send 2 guys they found in the Home Depot parking lot. They didn’t fix my leak, cut corners and communicated badly. Plus a 2 job became 8 days.

I had called four roofing companies to look over a possible leak in my home. Infinite Roofing Solutions was the only company who answered. I had voice my concern about my roof and they were able to send Jacob to inspect my roof two days later. He went up for a good while and came down with a bunch of photos showing many photos of tiles that had shifted and some were not nailed down by the roofing company that installed our roof a few years ago. He gave me the estimate to get the repairs done and we easily scheduled another appointment to get the tiles maintained to prevent another leak. I appreciated the fact that they knew that rain was due and was able to get me on their schedule asap. Two days later, Hector came on time and spent 1 hour on my roof. He took photos of before and after photos of the work he did. He reset the tiles back in place, nailed, put in new underlayment, and glued some tiles that had a small chip together. Jacob and Hector were professional and easy to communicate with. Customer service was outstanding and invoices were all done through emails followed by links with all the photos they took of my roof for me to download.
