Listen, I've dealt with plenty of contractors in my time, but Jerry was by far one of the most considerate and pleasant that I've ever dealt with. We've been having some heavy rain and we could hear water dripping in to our front wall, followed by a nasty water stain on the roof that was growing by the hour. Of course this happened on a Sunday, right after a holiday, so I kept calling around with no luck. After finding Avalon Roofing Services here on Google, I called the after hours number. Jerry picked up, I explained the situation, he was totally kind and was out here in no time. Even though he was the only one on call, and despite the fact that it was raining, he got up there and got us taken care of. He took pictures of the issues he discovered, explained them thoroughly to me and discussed my options. At no point did I feel like he was trying to screw me over and he talked to me like a person who cared about the situation. Will be using his company for any future repairs, 100%.
