Solarado installed my 21-panel, 9.45 kW solar system with a Tesla Powerwall 3 battery backup, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. They were very competitively priced for such a solid system and were flexible with the design to make sure everything worked for my needs. I also really appreciated how patient they were throughout the process. Even though I originally explained that I was only exploring my options, they still set up an in-person meeting to sit down, review everything, and walk me through what would work best for my specific situation and home. The installation was very quick, and every team member I dealt with was courteous and professional. Joe did a great job as the lead on the project and was very responsive to all of my questions and callbacks. They even asked for house paint so they could paint the conduit to help it blend in with the home, which was a nice attention to detail. We did have one small issue with a bad breaker, but they showed up the very next day and resolved it right away. That kind of responsiveness says a lot about a company. I am very happy with the system, the setup, and the overall installation. I highly recommend Solarado for anyone considering a solar project. A++ experience.

This company is definitely worth the money. They are respectful, informative, communicative, clean, and sensitive to one’s needs . This company ( all employees) are amazing. It was a great pleasure having this company replace the roof. Their added bonus is that they have solar specialists to assist with the removal and putting back on solar panels and making sure your panels are back on line. When job is complete they also make sure no debris is left behind. ( I love their check, double check system)I will most definitely give out recommendations to anyone I know who is in need of their services.

Solarado was fantastic to work with! Their customer service is truly top tier and Max was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. I have recently had several different contractors working at my house for a remodel and the crew that came out for this project was by far the most professional group. Like… I can’t say enough good things about the guys that did the work. I’m pretty sure they left the perimeter of my house cleaner than how they found it. I walked out today to a new roof and a completely cleaned off deck. I know for a fact it was as a mess out there before they started. (Thanks guys if you’re reading this!) It was such a well run project. I’m in Sonoma County and THE DAY I sent in my deposit I got an email stating my construction permit had been approved. That is quality service if you ask me. No stress (on my end) and no hassle. My roof looks beautiful and I’m so relieved to not have to worry about it for another 25 years.
