We had a complete re-roofing done late August for 2 pitch roofs on the home. The rainy season is now upon us with several rain events that tested the roof. Very happy to report zero issues with the new roof. The previous roofing was clearly on its way out with fiberglass threading starting to show through the worn asphalt. I collected several quotes from contractors and carefully reviewed the online feedback. Sal's quote was competitive and reasonable. The entire process from start (permitting) to finish (final inspection) was handled seamlessly, it took Sal's crew 2 intense days of working to complete the job! They also did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves each day, a nice plus. The new roof looks real sharp too. The extra work I had them perform was well worth it and the material costs were well within norms. When it is time to address the flat portion of the roof Sal and Daniel will be my first choice.
