The team at Roof & Gutter Busters did a great job with repairing a hole in my roof and replacing damaged gutters. They were courteous, hard-working, and incredibly competent. Everardo gave us the most reasonable quote amongst others that we received. While we were making our decision, he checked in regularly to see if we had all the information we needed. Once we decided to go with his team, he was able to schedule us in within a few days. He and his team showed up on time in the morning and completed the work by the early afternoon. I highly recommend Everardo and the Roof & Gutter Busters team for not only roof repairs, but also for re-roofing the entire home. We did not have that need at this time, but when we do, we'll certainly give Everardo a call.

As a Realtor, I regularly work with contractors and vendors, and I recently hired Roof & Gutter Busters for a client who was preparing to sell their home. It was clear the composition shingle roof needed attention, so I obtained six bids from licensed roofing contractors. Four of the six recommended a full roof replacement, including the flat roof section. What impressed me about Roof & Gutter Busters was their honesty. After inspecting the property, they explained that the flat roof appeared to be in good condition, showed me photos, and estimated it had likely been replaced within the last 6–10 years. Rather than trying to upsell unnecessary work, they recommended replacing only the shingled portion. That level of integrity immediately earned my trust. Their pricing was very competitive, and they even discounted the gutter installation since we gave them the roofing job. They also provided a 25-year warranty, which was stronger than many of the other bids we received. Throughout the project, Everardo kept me informed every step of the way. He provided photos and videos of the roof as the shingles were removed and documented everything they uncovered with dryrot. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the quality of work was outstanding. Everardo and his team were awesome! He answered my email quickly and gave me some different options knowing that we were getting the new roof to add solar. He repaired some bad spots and added extra underlayer for the solar for minimal added cost. He also suggested and added vents to the roof. His guys finished the job quickly, were neat and very polite. Everardo worked with the inspector and all necessary permits. I would definitely recommend Roof & Gutter Busters, Inc. for anyone in need of a new roof.
