I can't say enough about Amy's Roofing and Solar. I have completed two roofs with solar with the help of Amy's and her team. The operations were turn-key, well scheduled, reasonable in price, and finished quickly and on-time. One of the things I really appreciate about working with Amy's is that the entire team is like a well-coordinated family. And they treated me like family too. It is apparent to me that they actually really care about the customer experience and the outcome of the work. A final note is that their attention to detail is exceptional. Amy’s Roofing and Solar did an outstanding job with the consult, installation and follow-ups of our new solar panel array with battery backup. Every question was answered and every detail was considered from beginning to end. Amy herself was always a point of contact and checked in several times and even months after install to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. A friendly, approachable crew came and carefully installed while showing our property respect and care. Amy’s team is thoughtful and professional while also being completely down to earth. Unlike other companies, Amy’s Roofing and Solar didn’t try to up-sell and they didn’t make us feel pressured or uncomfortable in any way. The price for the product and labor was completely fair and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Amy's Roofing and Solar installed an electrical sub panel and EV charger for me as part of my long term goal to reduce my dependency on fossil fuels! The team at Amy's are very professional and solid from start to finish: - Sales: Punctual, informed and great communicators - Quality & Operations: Complete in their preparation and planning, with a flawless submission of permit process - Technicians: Did the job exactly per the description and operated around my home with flexibility, courtesy and respect. - Admin: fantastic communication and follow through on any questions I had. Overall, I will trust Amy's with my home as I look at additional projects (roof, solar and battery backup) down the line. Side note - even the city inspector (who looks at projects in my town all day long) said that he knows the team at Amy's does great work too and that he doesn't have any issues with their work.
