What really stands out is their customer service years later. Just recently, at the end of December, I noticed a small leak in my bathroom. With Northern California expecting heavy rain, I texted the owner, Julio Castillo, and was honestly shocked when he sent someone out within an hour. Charlie came out, went up on the roof, found the issue, and fixed the leak right away. That kind of responsiveness and standing behind their work years later is rare. If you want a roofer that really cares about you, this is the company for the job. The owner and his staff do everything in their power to make sure the most important part of your house stays "solid and water tight." Had my roof replaced this summer. Not only did they give me a fair quote for the job, but they use high quality shingles and materials. The problem came about when the solar company that I contract with, re-installed the solar panels and messed up the new roof by missing the roof beams when placing the footings, then not installing the footing flashing plates ... causing major leaks. JC Roofing immediately answered my distress calls during the first rain storm and came to my rescue, making sure to stop the leaks. Ever since then, they have been by my side to get the solar company to repair the damage that they caused. My ordeal is far from over, but wanted to give my greatest appreciation to JC Roofing for all that they do.

No hard sale when receiving estimate. Easy to work with. Good prices, quality work. Had two layers to remove and was still less expensive than all other quotes that quoted only one layer removal. Took care of all repairs necessary and clean-up afterwards. Would recommend.
