Reputable roof service assisted me with my roof repair project. I highly recommend them, very good customer service.

YOU THINK YOUR ROOF IS GOING TO LAST FOREVER. IT WAS A SUNDAY WHEN WE NOTICED A LEAK. FORTUNATELY FOR US THEY WERE AVAILABLE TO COME GIVE US AN ESTIMATE THAT DAY. THE PRICE WAS FAIR AND THE WORK WAS PROFESSIONAL.

Posting on Google and the website misrepresent the company. My need was for immediate leak mitigation as well as an assessment and plan for a genuine repair. When I called, the phone was answered with a different company name and despite their services indicating they do repairs, I was told they only do full reroofing projects but do offer free in home estimates. So, in reading this review, understand they did no actual work for me - the review covers only the interaction up to the point where I figured out they didn't do what their Google Business and website postings said they did. Their actual work may or may not be fine - that's what kept me from this being a 1 star review - but I personally wouldn't use them for a roof if they can't represent themselves accurately. If they used to do it and don't anymore - great, but run your business well enough to represent yourself accurately or how do I know what else you're misrepresenting???
