Excellent experience having my roof replaced from beginning to end by Roofs Roofs and Remodal. Also, very important is that they are a local business to where we live which we appreciated. The owner Phil Koch, his wife Chelsie and his entire team are a great group of people and very skilled and knowledgeable at what they do. From beginning to end the process was by far the most seamless construction we’ve experienced in our home to date. From the very beginning, Phil went over what we should expect, including the scheduling and timeline of the project, options and materials, the steps involved in the project, cost, permitting and potential issues that might arise and solutions to mitigate if needed. He was also great at providing information and details before we even asked for them. He was price transparent regarding potential additional cost if extra repairs were needed and was explained in detail. Additionally, Phil and his team were kind, considerate, friendly, and always professional. He is incredibly quick with his response time over email, answering any and all questions that we had. His overall demeanor is relaxed and easy to communicate with. This is a good group of people and I highly recommend them. Oh, and of course the roof looks excellent! We replaced our aging, leaking roof with a Decra stone-coated steel shake and were happy from start to finish with Roofs Roofs and Remodel. Phil was professional, never pushy, communicative, knowledgeable, and timely. The contract was clear on what we were getting and I was happy with the competitive pricing. The crew was professional and timely everyday, they were also diligent about cleaning every afternoon with a magnetic sweep and blower. While you should still expect some minor debris during a project this size, it was clear they made a genuine effort to keep the site as clean as possible each day for my kids and large dog. We expected and discovered some dry rot on our existing roof, but Phil was clear about how this would be handled during the estimate. Roofs Roofs and Remodel handled the all the paperwork and inspections with the city taking a load off of my mind. Our roof, insulation, skylights, and sun tube finished installation, passed inspection, and performed wonderfully in both a recent heatwave and storm. We love the look of the new roof, it matches the marketing photos we saw and is not noticeably louder during rain. The skylights and sun tube help shade and brighten rooms as we wanted.
