Landco Roofing

I recently discovered 3 small water stains in my kitchen ceiling and called 2 roofing companies to look at the problem and give me a bid. Landco Roofing was the first and Jessie came out right away and looked in the kitchen and then at the tile roof area. He actually got on the roof and took pictures while I stood there. Then he showed me the problems and sent me a quote via email, quickly. The second roofer came out the next day and looked in the kitchen and then went out to the roof. However, this roofer did not get on the roof but told me he would when he starts the job and will look at the whole roof then. He gave me an estimate and I asked for an email estimate in writing. I never heard from this roofer again. Landco Roofing came out early today and with his crew removed several tiles and discovered the problems and made the necessary repairs. They did an excellent job and stayed true to the estimate. I am very happy with the work and I would refer Landco Roofing to anyone who needs work done on their roof. Thank you Landco Roofing!!!
