Communication could have been better. They caused some incidental damage that they expected me to fully cover and wouldn't help me to clean up. They sent the final bill without ever asking if I was satisfied or not with the work.

Initial evaluation/assessment done for roof leak, and estimate given in professional timely manner on the spot. Work started 2 weeks later by two workers; removal and replacement of under liner and replace tiles. Satisfied as of this writing. However, wont know for sure until rain comes in fall/winter. Expecting good results.

A neighbor recommended this roofing contractor, and I'm glad we listened. The inspection was thorough, the recommendations were practical, and there was no pressure to make quick decisions. Once the work started, the crew stayed productive and professional. The roof looks great, and the entire experience felt well managed.
