K-9 Custom Roofing was recommended to me by a gutter company, and I’m very glad I followed through. Jesus came out promptly and provided a fair, reasonable quote to repair a section of fascia that had water damage behind the old gutter. He completed the work efficiently and did a great job replacing and painting the new fascia so it blended seamlessly with the existing structure. His attention to detail and pride in his work were clear throughout the process. Jesus also took the time to thoroughly explain the repair and answer all of my questions, which I really appreciated. Jesus, with K-9 Roofing Co. did a very good job for me! I've included some before and after pictures the job was for a Commercial 2- story building that had a lot of problems that he took care of. The building back when it was built had two drains in the back that were originally to high and he lowered the one and fabricated from metal a new drain port and is now draining much better. Other issues he ran into were rotted wood,low areas he had to build up that were creating puddling, large areas of previous roofing material had" wrinkled" that were cut out and re-done.He was reasonable with his pricing considering all the work and process it took.. I had two leaks on my composite shingle roof and wasn't sure how much work I was actually looking at. A previous roofer had handled one side of my duplex but never offered to look at the other. Jesus returned my call the same day and came out to inspect. He did a thorough check and told me straight: the remaining roof needed to be coated and the sealing around all the AC units and vents had to be replaced. I had an estimate within two days — very reasonable. When I asked about scheduling, he didn't sugarcoat it. He had another job lined up, weather was a factor, and it might be two weeks. I respected that. A week later he called — another job had been rescheduled, and he could start mine the next day. Two days after that, it was done. I went up on the roof and inspected the work myself. Everything was exactly as agreed. Glad I called K-9 Custom Roofing.
