Orli was great! Very communicative and responded promptly to all questions and concerns. She was honest and straightforward. I had a complete roof replacement, with new custom gutters installed. Took about 5 days start to finish including city inspections and sign off. Orli and the team took special care to clean up and used magnets to pick up nails to help keep my fur babies safe. I did my due diligence and took the time to get 7 different roof quotes before proceeding with American Cool Construction. I think I made the right choice and would feel confident in recommending this company to others.

The roofing crew worked efficiently and left the property clean each day. I had an excellent experience with American Cool Construction! David came out to do the estimate and was very professional and easy to work with. Their office took care of the permit process for my historic building, which saved me a lot of time and stress. Once everything was approved, the crew worked efficiently — they completed the demolition and most of the roofing over the weekend. They also made sure to clean up everything before they left. I’m very happy with the quality of their work and the smooth process from start to finish. I’ll definitely be recommending them to all my family and friends!
