I met with Chris Tugwell initially to get an estimate on my roof. He was quick to get back to me with the estimate within days. I am very happy with the outcome of my roof. The crews over approximately five days were very professional and polite. Be prepared to have the grounds around the roof be inundated with roofing material, staples and nails. I didn’t realize how much comes off the roof during this process. To the crews credit, they do there best to clean the grounds upon completion of the job. I highly recommend Tugwell Roofing company.

I get that hammers make noise, and construction and roofing does as well, but I fail to believe they are THIS LOUD. They're working on units I live in and they're directly above me hitting the roof with such force that little tiny bits of debris are falling all over the toilet from the ceiling fan in the bathroom. Do they forget that people dwell in these places? 😭 I'm not going to leave a one star review like I originally was going to, because I'm not trying to hurt the ratings in any way because I know they do great work, but my goodness. 😂😭

Tugwell replaced my roof this week. David handled my project to get it scheduled and get the details ironed out. He dropped samples by the house for me to choose my color. They use a quality product with many colors to choose from. He was professional, prompt, and responsive. Cody was the project manager during the installation. He was informative, pointing out what needed to be replaced and gave me updates on the timeline for completion. All the workers were polite and worked efficiently, only taking one day to remove the old roof and make repairs and then a 2nd day to install the new roof. They left my property just as they found it, not a scrap of debris to be found. Best of all, the roof looks great! The seams are perfect and the roof caps are even and cover the paintline. I couldnt be happier with the results. Thank you David, Cody, and all the other workers. You all did a great job!
