Very rude. They couldn’t find my order and spoke to me like I was stupid. Then they found my order and saw how much I spent with them and they took a complete 180. But still never even apologized. It wasn’t just one worker either.

I made the mistake of trying to solve my plumbing issue with parts and help from the big home improvement stores and was only able to come home with confusion and frustration after several attempts. It finally occurred to me to go to Pace and after one short visit life was good again! Ryan went above, beyond, and over the top to make sure my problem was solved with all the parts I needed and none that I did not need. And he did it with courtesy and a smile! Ryan, Perry and all of the people in the office and the warehouse are some of the nicest, most professional and most knowledgeable people you could ever hope to meet while discussing toilets or drains (or even the weather if you're into that sort of thing)! And in case you are wondering, I unreservedly recommend Pace Supply in Yuba City for your plumbing needs!!!
