Michael installed a new hot water heater for us and did a great job. The water is hotter and the company got us a nice AO Smith hot water heater for us in our home. Our share of the cost with home owners insurance paying $1,000 towards the bill was $1,595.00 which was kind of steep. But we are glad that Michael did such a great job. We decided to go with Visalia Plumbing for future plumbing jobs on our old house. I’m excited to take a shower with our new hot water heater installed. Michael was polite and professional and the new hot water heater looks great.

My technician was Adan Salis. As promised, our appointment was kept and Adan arrived on time. I especially appreciated that he called ahead to let me know that he was on his way because often, I am in my garden working and would be hard pressed to hear the door bell. My kitchen plumbing presented an atypical issue and troubleshooting required several approaches in order to pinpoint the obstruction in the line. Everything had to be pulled out from under the sink, wiped dry, and placed temporarily into bags and boxes and stowed away. I am disabled. Getting under a sink an d carrying boxes is nearly impossible for me to accomplish. Kevin did all of the extra tasks cheerfully with no problem. Eventually Adan found the source of the problem and was able to repair it with relative ease. I have to say that I would have lost patience during the troubleshooting process because of all of the variables b involved. Adan never lost his cool during the process and made the repair. He knew that it was imperative to get the job done today because I was embarking on a 2 week trip to New York the next day. ⁰He stuck to it until it was f I und and repaired. In total, it took three hours to locate and repair the issue. My kitchen was a mess when the job was finished, - with a layer of water covering the floor and iinside of the cabinet and all of my cleaning supplies bagged and stowed away in another room. When I was asked to sign off on the job every item that was removed had been wiped off and placed back in the cabinet, and the entire surface area and cabinet walls were wiped clean. The level of professionalism displayed by Adan and Visailia Plumbing is very high - easily a ten out of ten. I will confidently recommend this company to my friends and family in the future, they are excellent.

I highly recommend you call them with any plumbing needs you have . They actually answered their phone after hours and came when they promised. Chris was very courteous and professional. Thank you so so much .
