Ivan is a man of action, satisfaction! I called him for my bah tub clogged with water stagnating for a long time. Ivan came in, first he looks at the situation, then goes to his truck, brings the correct snake and 5 minutes later the problem is fixed. Amazing. He is skilled in what he is doing. I would highly recommend him!
We had Patterson Plumbing out to look into a few issues and he gave us good honest advice, put in a new valve, cleaned our drain, and improved our kitchen sink piping for a price that seems quite reasonable. We'd been quoted a much bigger price for a bigger project and I think he addressed the issues in a smarter way for less money. Definitely going to call Ivan Patterson again the next time we have a plumbing issue!
